I take pride in exceeding expectations, smashing sales quotas, and taking advantage of every opportunity to cross sell products.

 

Customer Service Skills:

 

Without a doubt I have unmatched customer service and interpersonal skills as well. My Customers/Clients consider me not only a business associate, but also a friend. I enjoy making sure that my customers have the best possible experience whenever they do business with me. I do my best at solving any problems or issues quickly and make sure and do my best to ensure they come out of their problem feeling better about the company than they did before the problem.

 

Management Skills:

 

When managing my employees, I am very friendly and polite with my employees. I try to make sure everyone has as pleasant a working environment as possible while maximizing desired results. I am firm enough to where my employees know that when I ask them to do something I want it done promptly and properly, and if they do then they are treated very well. They are never afraid to ask for help or guidance when they have a problem. In my past experience I have found that this method is very effective.
